Each summer, ECS holds a back-to-school drive to support our school-aged participants.
This year we are getting a jump start on the fun! Students in our summer programs will earn their backpacks through participation – getting the much-needed backpacks and school supplies to help them excel in the new school year when camp ends the first week of August.Our award-winning afterschool enrichment program, Out of School Time, now serves more than 600 students. And we serve 300 additional students in our other programs.
You can help in the following ways:
- Donate new unisex backpacks stocked with essential school supplies for elementary and middle school students (Click here for our official Amazon Wish List or here to download our back-to-school shopping lists.)
- Provide a $25 Visa® gift card(s) for teachers to support classroom activities year-round
- Volunteer to help organize backpacks and supplies here at ECS
Delivery dates are 9am-5pm, Mondays through Fridays, starting ASAP and ending Thursday, July 26th, at our Main Office (225 S. 3rd Street, Philadelphia PA, 19106).
