Several participants from the MindSet Program recently “leveled-up” in a ceremony celebrating their achievements at the ECS St. Barnabas Community Resource Center. MindSet is a program focused on career development and financial stability. Uniquely, this program offers one-on-one coaching, a matched savings programs, cash incentives, and access to emergency funds for up to 7 years. ECS’s team of specialists provide additional intensive support in the areas of financial management, housing, and career development. The participants who were recognized increased their income and savings and decreased their debts, in addition to achieving other goals, allowing them to be promoted to the next phase of the program.
A gleefully surprised Ms. Clissita was awarded in recognition of her resilience . She was honored for her commitment to adapt and overcome barriers in attaining her goals.

Ms. Shavonne, a work from home mom, set a goal to own her own hair salon. We celebrate her as she moves closer to her goals and transitions from year one to year two.
Ms. Shleah advocates for herself, her community, her kids and grands. She is a gifted painter, and on her birthday, she leveled up from year one to year two.
Ms. Elise transitions from year one to year two. Her coach, Aliya Hill, shared, "Elise has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to her personal and professional goals. She has pursued various goals, facing obstacles along the way. She is ready to continue her journey, seizing new opportunities for development. "
Mr. Allen, a skilled and hard worker who has accomplished many goals already, was celebrated by his ECS coach, Evan Colgan-Davis, as he moves from year one to year two.
