On Friday, June 4, 2021, David Griffith, executive director and head coach of Episcopal Community Services (ECS), moderated a panel of regional workforce development professionals to discuss solutions to the workforce crisis. 

The Future of Work Forum - Addressing the Workforce Shortage Crisis was a Facebook Live event organized by Ride To Work and OIC of America.

As employment and high-paying jobs continue to remain a challenge for Americans, what is the best way to address this growing shortage? How can we prepare our community for careers in high-demand areas? These questions and more were discussed in an all-star panel of workforce development professionals.

Solution-focused host Ride to Work is an innovative transportation provider in the region dedicated to assisting in workforce development for low-income and vulnerable workers with barriers to employment.
